TERMS OF SERVICE

  • All payment shall be made upfront.

  • Payment via PayPal in USD.

  • Price in the list is the base price for one character.

  • Artist may decline the order if the request is something the artist cannot deliver well or if it's impossible for the artist to fulfill the demand. (im sorry)

  • Minor revisions are free. Major revisions is limited to 1 time only. The artist will charge extra for the next one. 100% refund is not possible.

  • Artist may use work for Artist's portfolio.

  • Client/Commissioner may reupload/repost on their own page with credit still on me.

  • Client/Commissioner may not reproduce the image into a merch / prints for commercial purpose.

WORKFLOW

  • Please fill in the form carefully before sending it.

  • Kindly wait for confirmation and invoice.

  • After payment, the artist will send 1 or 2 different sketches the client can choose and modify from.

  • The client can make 1 major revision and 2 minor revisions from the sketch.

  • Rendering process starts. Only minor revision is allowed.

  • Commissions will be finished in about 1-3 weeks, after the artist send the sketch.

  • Progress can be checked in google sheet, but don’t hesitate to ask me for updates!

  • All prices include free simple background (nature, pattern)

  • You will get: finished

  • file (with and without watermark).

  • By ordering my commission, you have read and agree to the Terms of Service agreement stated in this section.
